PAYMENT
All prints and designs must be paid in advance before we begin any project. CMC Graphx accepts cash, money order, personal and or business checks. All checks must be cleared before starting any project. In the event that a check is return for non-sufficient funds, the client will be required to pay any overdraft fees that CMC Graphx receives from the bounce check. CMC Graphx will not be held responsible for any delays on production of a job due to non-payment.

QUOTES
Any pricing or quotes given by CMC Graphx are subject to change without notice. Quotations are honored up to 30 days of date given to client. We will notify clients in advance if any price increases. Additional charges may be applied due to set up, die cut, design, shipping and handling charges.

SHIPPING & HANDLING
CMC Graphx will due are best to meet your delivery deadlines, but with the exception that turnaround times are subject to change due to postal service issues. CMC Graphx is not responsible for any delay or damage during the shipping process by the third party of postal services. Under no circumstance CMC Graphx will refund for any shipment that was delay or lost.

INDEMNIFICATION & PRINT QUALITY
Client holds responsible to images given to CMC Graphx from all copyright or trademark laws. Client certifies that he or she owns the rights to use the image(s) being reproduced on their order. If images are not supplied, client must purchase all images by a third party services, follow by third party's rules and regulations. CMC Graphx will not be held responsible for any color shift when converting from RGB to CMYK color mode and images printed poorly due to client giving us low-resolution images.

SUBCONTRACT
CMC Graphx shall have the right to give any project to another contractor. If refused, client will need to inform CMC Graphx.

OMISSIONS & ERRORS
CMC Graphx is not responsible for any errors that were approved by the client. Each client is responsible for any errors missed during the revision process created by CMC Graphx. No refund will be honored for any errors after artwork is submitted to final print.

CALNCELLATIONS & CHANGES TO ORDER
Under no circumstances will a refund be honored if an order has already been sent to print. CMC Graphx will be more than happy to assist you in canceling your order, only if it is in during the revisions process. CMC Graphx will subtract 15%-30% from your refund for any cancellation or change orders. If an order is changed any labor hours graphic design, set-up, and or proofing will be subtracted from your refund.

SAMPLE USE
By using CMC Graphx services, client is allowing for CMC Graphx to use their product for samples or advertising purposes only. Clients will need to inform us ahead of time if he or she wishes not to use them for samples or adverting purposes.
